Maintenance .

Keep your software secure and fast. We monitor, patch, optimize performance, handle upgrades and plan enhancements under clear SLAs and change control.

Maintenance

keep your product healthy—month by month

Good products stay good because they’re cared for. We handle monitoring, bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates, small improvements, and safe releases—so your app stays fast, secure, and predictable.

We start with a health check and a takeover plan. Then we wire monitoring and backups, agree on release windows and SLAs, and run a steady monthly cadence: triage, fix, optimize, release, report.

Maintenance Phases .

1
Onboarding & Health Check
Access repos and cloud, review code, infra, environments, and incidents. List risks (security, performance, debt) and propose a stabilization plan with priorities and timelines.
2
Monitor & Protect
Set up logs, metrics, traces, uptime checks, and alert rules. Verify backups and recovery, apply security patches, and add runbooks so incidents are handled quickly and the same way every time.
3
Fix & Update
Triage tickets, reproduce issues, and ship fixes. Keep dependencies current (frameworks, SDKs, OS/DB), plan zero-downtime updates, and remove noisy errors so signal stays clear.
4
Optimize & Improve
Tune performance and cost (queries, caching, assets), clean hotspots in code, improve UX friction points, and align small enhancements with your roadmap.
5
Release & Report
Release on a schedule with smoke tests and rollback plans. After deploy, we verify in production, track errors, and send a concise report: work done, incidents, SLA metrics, and next steps.

Tech stack .

We plug into your stack and make it observable. Error tracking and monitoring surface real issues; CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code keep environments reproducible; backups and access are checked and documented.
