Helping start-ups to build products

MVP for Startups .

Validate your product fast with a focused MVP. Discovery, prototype, build and launch in short sprints, with analytics and feedback loops to prove traction.

MVP for startups

Get your MVP plan — scope, timeline, budget

An MVP should prove value fast, not try to be the final product. We cut scope to the essentials, design the core journeys, and ship a working build you can test with real users and investors—on a clear plan, timeline, and budget.

We start with the problem and the audience. Together we agree what must be in v1 and what can wait. We prototype, gather quick feedback, and build in small releases. After launch, we measure usage, learn, and iterate—so you can raise, pivot, or scale with confidence.

MVP Phases .

1
Goals & Fit
We define the problem, who it serves, and what “proof” looks like (activation, retention, paid conversions). Constraints, risks, and compliance needs go on one page. You get a clear “v1 must-have vs later” list everyone agrees on.
2
UI/UX &
Prototype
We map flows, design key screens, and build a clickable prototype. We test wording and navigation with a few target users or advisors, then refine. This removes guesswork and keeps development focused.
3
Architecture &
Plan
We choose a stack built for speed and future change (web vs mobile, native vs cross-platform, managed services). We set up auth, data model, and analytics, draft the backlog and milestones, and align on a realistic timeline.
4
Build the Core
We implement the smallest set that proves value: onboarding, the main job-to-be-done, and a simple admin. Feature flags, code reviews, and CI/CD keep releases steady. We add AI only where it clearly helps (search, content, assist).
5
Test, Launch &
Measure
Soft launch (beta/TestFlight) with real analytics and crash reporting. We track the KPIs defined in step one, fix issues fast, and prioritize the next sprint. You get a concise demo and metrics pack for investors or internal stakeholders.

Tech stack .

For MVPs we pick tools that speed up learning: cross-platform for a single mobile codebase, Next.js or similar for quick web delivery, and managed cloud so infra doesn’t slow you down. It’s API-first, with simple auth, clean data, and events wired into analytics from day one.
